I empower my clients to lead, and foster a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. One of my main goals is helping artists and industry professionals navigate challenges like burnout, instability, and the tension between passion and wellbeing. As an openly queer person, I help LGBTQIA+ clients live as their most authentic selves. I also have experience working with neurodivergent populations.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the music business, and through this work I witnessed the pressures of the entertainment industry and the critical need for accessible, comprehensive mental health care in creative fields. I bring this insight into my practice, helping artists and industry professionals alike. I help LGBTQ+ clients overcome both external and internal challenges by practicing self-acceptance and supporting all intersections of their identities. My goal with neurodivergent clients is to help identify systems 

and workflows that work for them, rather than against them, and work together to tackle issues they are facing in their lives - all in a safe and supportive environment designed for healing and personal growth.
