Our Team

As united providers under one roof, we are able to work more efficiently and effectively. Our therapists address an array of issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Mood Swings, Self-Esteem, Borderline Personality Disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, and Substance Abuse.

Larry Hymes, LMFT

As a therapist, my process is always to ask you, the client, what it is you want in regard to your emotional wellness, what that would look like, and what is in your way of getting it. We then collaborate to get you there! This can include a variety of therapy modalities, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure, Motivational Interviewing, and Substance Abuse Recovery.

I believe that as your therapist I am here to help you to figure out where your pain lies, where you tend to stumble and to work collaboratively with you to do something different…perhaps for the first time in your life. I am also here to help you see past your blind spots and show you the qualities and strengths which you have yet to own, or perhaps lost somewhere along the way. My goal is to assist clients to move into a space of insight, wellbeing, and empowerment.
